NuKa's story was born from more than 15 years of HR experience coming together with a belief in the right people and a strong culture.

I'm Nuray Kaya.

I'm the founder of NuKa Human Resources. Over more than 15 years, I've worked in Human Resources across sectors as varied as banking, technology, electronic security and pharmaceutical consulting, in both local and international organizations.

In the later years of my career, I took on management roles that let me lead organizations' growth, transformation and change processes directly.

The journey that began in 2010 after graduating from Istanbul University's Business Administration department continued over time across different sectors, in both local and international organizations.

Building HR from scratch

Throughout this journey I built Human Resources departments from the ground up and took part in organizational transformation projects.

M&A integrations

I led HR integrations in merger & acquisition processes, bringing teams and cultures together into a single structure.

Digitalization

I led numerous projects in digitalizing manual processes and structuring performance systems.

Organizational development

Working closely with different leaders, I gained experience in organizational development, leadership and culture.

Everything I learned across different sectors showed me the same truth: the right approach to people and a strong corporate culture play a decisive role in a company's sustainable growth.

Education & Approach

A curiosity that runs from business to psychology to coaching

This awareness led me toward organizational development, leadership and coaching. After my business education, I completed a degree in psychology and trained as an Adler Certified Professional Coach.
